We do not collect payment card details — orders are confirmed on WhatsApp and paid on delivery or collection.

Only to prepare and deliver your orders, to contact you about an order, and to provide customer support. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

The restaurant preparing your order and the delivery courier — and only your name, phone number and delivery address (including gate code and delivery instructions where you provided them). Nothing else is shared. Our hosting and database provider stores this data securely on our behalf.
仅与备餐餐厅及配送骑手共享，且只包含您的姓名、电话与收货地址（含您填写的大门密码与配送备注）。不共享其他信息。我们的托管与数据库服务商代为安全存储数据。

Account details and saved addresses are kept while your account is active. Order records are kept for up to 5 years to meet South African tax and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised. If you delete your account, your profile and saved addresses are removed immediately.
账户信息与已保存地址在账户有效期间保留。订单记录依南非税务与会计要求最长保存 5 年，之后删除或匿名化。删除账户后，您的资料与已保存地址将立即移除。

You may ask us to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. The fastest way is the “Delete my account 删除账户” button on your profile page, which removes your profile and all saved addresses.
您可要求查看、更正或删除您的个人信息，或反对我们的处理方式。最快的方式是在个人资料页点击“删除账户 Delete my account”，将移除您的资料与全部已保存地址。

You may also email us and we will respond within 30 days. You have the right to complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa) at enquiries@inforegulator.org.za.
